Tim South

TimSouth_c-min Tim grew up and gaduated High School in Webster County. He worked as an
Emergency Medical Technician through school at Mississippi State and M.U.W, at Columbus. During this time he was given a commendation for Meritorious Service Beyond The Call of Duty . He earned a B.S.N. Degree at M.U.W. In 1987. He continued to work in Emergency Services and taught the E.M.T. class at Holmes College. He was also Director of Nursing at Trace Regional Hospital during this period. In 1992 he earned his M.S.N. Degree at M.U.W. Tim is certified by the American Nursing Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner and holds memberships in the Mississippi Nurses Association and American Nurses Association. He joined Premier Medical Clinic in 1993.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner Tim sees and treats patients for acute and chronic illnesses across the entire life span. Other current certifications include
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced
Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation, Trauma Nurse Core Certification and Advanced Trauma Life Support. Tim was also a C.P.R, and First Aid Instructor in the community for years.

Tim continues to live in Webster County with his wife Lynn, where they attend the First Baptist Church of Eupora. They have three childeren Sunshine, Tamer and Taylor and currently have three grandchildren Noah, Aubree and Ava.
Tim loves spending as much time as possible with his family. He is also a shooting enthusist [skeet and target]. He is also a BBQ enthusist [cooking and judging] currently certified Judge for Kansas City BBQ Association, Memphis BBQ Network and Steak CookoffAssocation Steak Judge. Tim is DOT certified.
